Our Program Support Team is just that, a program support team. They work at actively gathering all the information you will find listed under the "Shared Mission" link on the side menu. From this webpage however, you can access our Ministry Information Support Sheet (MISS). This form is for your benefit. Every new ministry/mission will have certain things it will need in order for the ministry/mission to function. A ministry/mission should not be run by just one person. By filling out the MISS form and submitting it to our Program Suppor Team, your ministry/mission can be supported to it's full extent by all the people at First Christian Church.
Once you have filled out the Ministry Information Support Sheet (MISS), you can mail it in to the First Christian Church office, where it will be handed off to our Program Support Team. (Be sure to include all relevant contact information so that the Program Support Team might get in touch with you if needed.)
