The staff of First Christian Church strives to offer visionary leadership, high-quality coaching, responsive ministry development, and specialized expertise to the church as a whole as it pursues its mission.

Visionary Leadership
To continually hold up the overall mission of the church, and guide the various components of the church toward sucessful completion of that mission.

High Quality Coaching
Identify, recruit, train, evaluate and support individuals who can lead First Christian Church in the completion of its mission.

Responsive Ministry Development
Follow the "D-4" model (Discern, Decide, Design & Deploy) so that the church may offer programming in support of its mission.

Specialized Expertise
Contribute specific pastoral and/or administrative expertise to the church's efforts to realize its mission.
