Associate Minister Position
The First Christian Church of Marion Indiana is currently recruiting an individual with a dynamic vision of worship to serve as an associate minister and provide leadership in Christian ministries including:
· Music: focus on blending all styles of church music for the enhancement of the worship experience,
· Youth and Young Adults: creating an atmosphere and experiences for youth that help to nurture their relationship with God.
Other job responsibilities would include supporting worship through various worship arts such as drama, sound, video and graphics. Activities related to nurturing and congregational care would also be expected.
Preferences include:
· License or degree in Christian Ministry
· Vocalist and/or skill with instruments such as piano, keyboard, or organ
· Ability to work with people of varied backgrounds and musical skills
Salary and Benefits:
$30,000 - $40,000 depending on experience and skill level
