Welcome to a church family that is committed to 'becoming and sharing the Gospel." What does that mean? Try thinking about trees as you make your way through the reams of information on this site.  Like a tree our church has two dimensions.  There is what shows above the ground and what lies below sustaining and supporting the whole.

Think first about the part of the tree that is visible. This webiste, along with a huge network of friendships, an ongoing commitment to assist all in their individual journeys, frequent community-oriented projects, and, of course, our home base on North Wabash Road, are what the leaves, twigs, and limbs are to a tree.  They are easy to see expressions of how we are seeking to 'share the Gospel.'

But, just as there is more to the tree than what shows above the ground, there is more to our church than what we do.  There is also what is being done to us by God.  We share the Gospel because God, through Jesus Christ, is renewing, redeeming and recycling everyone and everything into a more godly form. God's powerful presence is what we are rooted in and keeps us alive.

Towards this end we welcome everyone to share with us as together we become and share the Gospel.
